Q) Can Clothing or Other Items Be Left Inside of My Furniture During a Move?
A) We recommend removing ALL belongings from inside the furniture before it is moved. The furniture includes desks, dressers, armoires or any furniture that has drawers and shelves. The additional weight of the belongings will cause unnecessary damage. Removing the belongings makes the furniture much lighter. It will be easier to move and helps to protect your furniture. It also limits unnecessary wear and tear to your furniture during the move.
The only furniture that can be safely moved containing belongings, are small and LIGHT pieces of furniture. The contents may only include very light weight items.
Please remember, do not leave fragile items or any bottles containing liquids in your furniture. They will spill, break and leak. This will damage to your belongings!
